4 weeks wow

Its official, I have been teaching and coaching for 4 weeks now!! I will receive my first paycheck in the morning. I have assisted in coaching 15 + softball games. I have learned alot in my first month. Here are the top ten...

10. Kids are kids are kids

9. doesn't matter when you start teaching....your first day will be overwelhming.

8. the most difficult kids ....will have a story to tell you...if you are willing to wait listen and hear.

7. If you smile at least 3 times in your day due to your job...you know you are in the right place.

6. Sometimes you have to humble yourself in order to learn....

5. Exhaustion is a state of mind for those who teach and coach.

4. Finding someone who is also a new teacher...is important to surviving.

3. Caring is half the battle.....the other half...is conveying it...

2. if teaching won't wear you out...coaching will..

1. I love what I am doing...

So there it is...a lot to take in.... I good couple weeks...

As for pics...I don't have any pics yet...but hopefully...I will have some soon.

looking forward a great september..

A new week

Its official, I am a teacher, a health and physical educator, and a coach. I know it only been a week..but sometimes I feel like a athletic trainer, a mom, big sister, a counselor, and many other titles I can not think of! I am hoping to keep up with this little blog. Especially for all those people who live in distant places I haven't been in a while. I would love to hear your thoughts and comments please feel free to share!!

I promise to do my best to keep up with it!!
